about us

We’re a highly collaborative and supportive team, coming together on every project to ensure our clients get the very best result.

The Person Behind

Hi, I’m Manini. I’m a psychologist, and at the heart of my work is a simple belief: the privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.
I’ve seen how often our struggles — whether it’s anxiety, overthinking, shame, perfectionism, or losing ourselves in relationships — share the same root. Somewhere along the way, we disconnect from ourselves. We adapt to survive, we play roles, we silence our needs — and over time, we lose touch with who we are beneath it all.
My work is about gently turning back toward yourself. I don’t see you as a set of problems to fix, but as a whole person with a story that deserves space. Together, we slow down, listen inward, and begin to untangle the patterns that keep you stuck — not by pushing them away, but by understanding where they come from and what they’re trying to protect.

My Background
I trained as a psychologist with [insert your education/training here], and my professional experience has centered on working with individuals navigating anxiety, relational wounds, trauma, and disconnection from self. Beyond formal training, my approach has been shaped by years of listening deeply — to clients, to stories, and to the quiet wisdom each of us carries within.
For me, this work is not just professional — it is personal. I believe healing happens in relationship: through presence, reflection, and the courage to return to yourself.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering yourself. Coming home, in your own time, to who you truly are.

Approach

I draw from depth psychology, trauma-informed practice, and nervous system awareness, while always keeping the process grounded in compassion and honesty. The sessions are not about quick fixes or surface-level strategies — they are about creating safety, exploring your inner world, and slowly reconnecting with the parts of you that long to be seen.

Values

Compassion & Safety: A space where you can bring all of yourself, without judgment.
Depth & Honesty: Exploring root patterns, not just managing symptoms.
Authenticity & Rootedness: Supporting you in building a life that feels true to you, not shaped only by expectations.

“Love Nature has an amazing team of hard-working professionals. It has been a pleasure to meet them.”
